- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆March 06, 2019, by Christine Marotta$20 for an estimate, then I have to continously call to not get an answer or the fax machine, then when I do get someone, they don't know what's going on... after 2 plus weeks they tell me a part, nobody knows which one, is not available for a machine that is still being sold! Felt like I was an inconvenience, that they didn't even open it to know what the problem was, and an easy 20 bucks for them.
