Ruined my $2000 diamond ring. Only give 2 stars because of the rings original price. Oh and let's not forget the day I took it in to get sized, I wanted to reach across the counter and smack the girl. Instead of putting my ring in a baggy or a box she put it on her finger! My engagement ring on HER finger! Not professional!
