Every time staff has come out to my house, they have been very friendly and after the job is done they even take the time to have some casual conversation with me. I like that because it makes us feel more like friends rather than business partners. Staff has always been very timely arriving when they say they will if not earlier. I also like that the technician coming to my house calls me, not some random personnel from the office. That way I know who I will be dealing with and also a more accurate ETA.
